This oil is organically grown and therefore no fertilizers and chemicals are used during cultivation and during the processing process after harvesting. The oil is extracted by pressing from the peel of the lemon. It is one of the most refreshing scents and a true classic among fragrances. The botanical name is Citrus Limonum. Contraindications:
When using citrus peel oils in warm water, the heat enhances the effect of the oil. This can lead to redness and irritation. It is better to start with lower doses and build up if necessary. Irritation can also occur on sensitive or newly depilated skin - then dilute well or avoid it. This oil is phototoxic: do not expose the treated skin to sun and UV light for several hours after application to the skin.
It is better to keep this oil in the refrigerator after opening.
