This oil is obtained by steam distillation of the wood chips. The colour varies from colourless to light yellow. The scent is reminiscent of rose, is floral, with a sweet woody undertone.
This oil is organically grown and therefore no artificial fertiliser or chemical substances have been used during cultivation or in the processing process after harvesting. This oil comes from sustainable cultivation to preserve the rainforest. The botanical name is Aniba Roseaodora.
